For best results, do not marinate lamb for more than 24 hours. Over that, and you risk the meat breaking down too much in the marinade.
Lamb chops should marinate for a minimum of 1 hour. It does not need to be marinated overnight, but you will get the best results for flavor and tenderness if you allow it to do so.

- Garlic
- Salt
- Dijon Mustard
- Soy Sauce
- Fresh Rosemary
- Lemon Juice
- Olive Oil
Fresh rosemary is used for the best flavor in this marinade; however, dried rosemary may also be used. If using dried rosemary, use ¼ teaspoon.

- Add minced garlic, salt, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, rosemary, and lemon juice to a bowl. Whisk together with enough olive oil to form a paste-like consistency - gradually add and mix until you reach the right consistency.
- Coat lamb chops with marinade in a zip-lock plastic bag, platter, or baking pan and allow to marinate for at least 12 hours up to overnight for best results. If you need your lamb chops done quickly, let them marinate for at least 1 hour.

- 1 small bowl for mixing
- 1 Whisk or fork for mixing
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic minced; up to 4 cloves, to taste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary minced; or dried rosemary, ¼ teaspoon
- ½ cup olive oil gradually added; enough to reach paste-like consistency when mixed, add more as needed
