Excellent! Delicious with steak and oven-roasted veggies. I used a pinch of cayenne instead of pepper flakes and added chopped tarragon, thyme, and a teaspoon of anchovy paste. The sauce tasted better after resting for a few hours. Leftovers freeze well.
