Avocado Sauce

 Ingredients

– Avocado – Spinach fresh – Garlic – Lime juice fresh – Olive oil – Parmesan  – Salt – Pepper

Remove the pit and skin from the avocado, then place all of the ingredients excluding half of the Parmesan in a food processor.

Blend until smooth. Thin it out with a little extra water if needed.

Pour the sauce into a pan, then add in cooked pasta, and toss well to combine. Add in the rest of the Parmesan, and let it melt.

Serve with any desired toppings, and enjoy!
