Super-flavorful Chinese-inspired Garlic Chili Sauce is an ultra versatile sauce you'll want to put on everything!


– Walnut oil  – Red onion – Garlic ginger paste – Red chili pepper –  Green chili pepper –  Ketchup –  Honey – Sweet chili sauce – Soy sauce – Cashews – Green onions

Step 1

Add diced onions, chilis, garlic ginger paste and oil to a pan, then stir-fry gently until the onions are soft.

Step 2

Add in the ketchup, honey, sweet chili sauce and soy sauce, then mix well until combined.

Step 3

Let the sauce come to a simmer, then top with cashew chips and sliced green onions, and serve! If you're bottling this sauce to save, add the cashews and green onions while serving.
