Hollandaise Sauce

 Ingredients

egg yolks lemon juice unsalted butter  cayenne pepper

Whisk egg yolk and lemon juice together. Melt your butter.  Place the bowl with the egg mixture over a pan of simmering water.

Whisk melted butter into the egg and lemon mixture and stir gently until it thickens. Mix in the cayenne pepper once it thickens.
