butter flour milk salt

Melt butter in a skillet. Once the butter melts, sprinkle flour over the butter. Cook for 3-5 minutes

Reduce heat to low. Slowly add milk while whisking. Let it thicken for 20 minutes. Season with salt and enjoy!
