Heavy whipping cream Semi-sweet chocolate chips Sea salt
Add heavy cream to a microwave-safe glass and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Microwave the heavy cream for 45 seconds, until it just begins bubbling.
Slowly and carefully pour the hot heavy cream over the chocolate chips.
Stir the chocolate until it melts and is smooth. If they don't melt completely after stirring, add the bowl back to the microwave for 10-15 seconds and stir again.
Add a pinch of sea salt and stir. Add a pinch of sea salt and stir.
