 Ingredients

– Buttermilk – Olive oil – Garlic – Black pepper – Sea salt – Ground cumin – Maple syrup

In a bag, add garlic, salt, cumin, black pepper, and olive oil. Seal the bag, then use your hands to crush the garlic cloves from the outside.

Add buttermilk, and chicken. Seal and move everything around. Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator overnight.
