In a small bowl, add the apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and honey.
2 Tablespoons Apple cider vinegar, 2 Tablespoons Soy sauce, ½ cup Honey
Mix well- it won't completely come together yet, so don't worry if the honey is too thick.
Add the sauce to a pan and add in the minced garlic. Heat over medium heat until bubbling and cook for 3-5 minutes.
3 cloves Garlic
Remove from heat, and serve! This sauce is perfect as a glaze or dipping sauce!

Notes
To use this honey garlic sauce as a glaze, add the protein while the sauce is thickening. This will let the sauce thicken into a delicious, sticky glaze!
Apple cider vinegar is the perfect choice for this sauce, but you can also use rice vinegar or white vinegar. If you use white vinegar, you might want to add a little extra honey or a pinch of sugar to balance out the acidity.
If you're sensitive to raw garlic, add it to the pan with a little butter early, and saute it for a few minutes before adding in the rest of the sauce ingredients.
This simple base is begging to be customized! Add a teaspoon of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick, or a splash of chili oil for a bit of fire!
For a bit of extra freshness, you can add sliced green onions.
You can serve this sauce over almost anything. Use it as a glaze for honey garlic chicken wings, or drizzle it over a dish of pork tenderloin and green beans. It is so versatile!
