Ham Bone Broth

 Ingredients

– ham bone – celery  – carrots  – onion – garlic – bay leaves –  water

In a large pot add ham bones, carrots, celery, bay leaves, garlic, half an onion, and water.

Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 4 hours.

Remove the lid and give the broth a good stir. Remove bay leaves.

Strain ham broth if needed and store in an airtight container. Enjoy broth in soups!
