Easy  Sausage Gravy

Sausage gravy is a hearty, satisfying breakfast or brunch recipe that pairs amazingly well with biscuits, or chicken fried steak!

You will need...

Sage breakfast sausage Butter All-purpose flour Maple syrup Milk Chicago steak seasoning Garlic powder Salt and pepper  Red pepper flakes


It's so easy!

The best part is it's ready in 15 minutes in only one pot!

Flour Bowl

Set Instant Pot to saute mode and add sausage. Cook until browned, 5 minutes.


Add butter and mix it in until it melts completely.


Stir in flour until fully mixed through and you can't see the flour anymore.


Slowly pour in milk, stirring frequently. Do this slowly so the milk does not curdle.


Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well.


Serve with biscuits, English muffins, pancakes, and even fried chicken. Enjoy!
