Strawberry Jam

No canning or pectin required, simply store this delicious jam in the fridge or freeze the jars for later!

You will need...

Fresh strawberries  Sugar Vanilla bean Citric acid


It's so easy!

You only need 4 simple ingredients to make this easy jam recipe!

Flour Bowl

Wash strawberries. Chop into eighths. In a pan over medium heat, combine the chopped strawberries with sugar.


Add vanilla. Whisk until it starts simmering, then lower the heat slightly and let it simmer for 40-60 minutes.


Once ready, add a pinch of citric acid. Stir and remove from the heat. Fill warmed jars with the hot jam.


Serve on toast and keep sealed jars in a dry place at room temperature for up to a year. Enjoy!
