Creamy Mushroom Sauce Recipe

This only uses one pan for easy clean-up and is ready in under 30 minutes!

Flour Bowl

Melt butter in a pan, then add garlic and onions, fry until soft. Add mushrooms and fry for 2 minutes.

Sprinkle in the flour and stir. Add white wine and scrape up any bits at the bottom.

As the wine thickens, begin adding the milk a little at a time while stirring continuously.

Stir and allow it to simmer for 2 minutes. Then, add parmesan, mustard, creme fraiche, seasoning, and stir

Add extra parmesan and fresh parsley when serving. Enjoy!
