Creamy Diane Sauce

What makes this sauce the best?

This is insanely creamy, and perfect spooned over a tender, juicy steak. It comes together in less than 10 minutes!

 Ingredients

– Butter – Mushrooms – Garlic – Onion – Cognac – Dijon mustard – Worcestershire sauce – Beef broth – Heavy whipping cream – Salt – Pepper

Step 1

Cook your protein of choice in the same pan over medium-high heat in vegetable oil.

Step 2

Remove and set aside the protein on a plate covered with foil. Do not clean the pan.

Step 3

Reduce heat and add butter. Once melted, add mushrooms, salt and pepper. Sauté for 1-2 minutes. Then, add garlic and onion and sauté.

Step 4

Remove from heat and add Cognac. Return to heat and sauté. Then, add mustard, Worcestershire, and broth, and stir well. Finally, add cream. Stir and allow it to cook for 5 minutes.
