 Ingredients

– butter – flour – milk  – grated cheddar – salt and pepper

In a saucepan, melt butter. Add flour, and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly golden.

Gradually add milk while stirring. Cook for 2-3 minutes and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Remove from the heat and add the cheese. Return to the stove and stir the sauce constantly. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
