You can make this easy turkey gravy recipe with drippings or without, and it's guaranteed to be a rich and creamy addition to your holiday table.
Turkey pan drippings Butter Flour Fresh thyme Water Fresh parsley Salt & pepper
Set a skillet over medium heat and add butter to melt.
Once melted, add flour and thyme and whisk until the mixture begins to lightly brown, 1 minute or so.
Add pan drippings and water to the mixture and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat once boiling and allow to simmer. Stir until it thickens, 5-8 minutes.
Mix in chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
