Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • ½ tsp. powdered ginger
  • ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, brown sugar, powdered ginger, and red pepper flakes until combined.

  • After marinating and grilling your steak, you can use the leftover marinade from the bag to create a sauce.
    Pour the London Broil marinade from the bag into a skillet over medium heat on the stove. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes, then let it start to simmer and thicken until it forms a sauce. You may need to add additional liquid, such as beef stock or broth, to do so.
