Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Add milk and white chocolate chips to a saucepan over medium-high heat.

  • Melt until smooth, then pour into a container and let cool to thicken before using.

Notes

  • Keep an eye on your chocolate and milk over the stove and stir as needed. If you leave dairy unattended on the stove, it could curdle.
  • Once the sauce is thick and heated through, remove it from the stove to store. You want it to cool completely before using for the best thickness.
  • I love storing homemade white chocolate syrup in a syrup bottle. It is so much easier to use exactly the amount of sauce you want this way!
