Instructions
Add all your ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine thoroughly.
¾ cup soy sauce, ½ cup rice wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce, 1 inch ginger, 3 garlic cloves, 1 scallion, 1 orange
Optional: Heat on the stove over low heat until heated through or the sauce reaches the consistency you like. The longer you heat it, the thicker it will become.

Notes
Make it hotter: Add a little more sriracha sauce or some red pepper flakes.
Make it sweeter: Add a little bit of honey or a sprinkling of sugar. I recommend heating the sauce if you add either of these ingredients so the sugar can melt properly.
