Ingredients
  

  • 2 sticks salted butter at room temperature
  • 4 cloves garlic finely chopped or pressed
  • 4 Tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped; or 2 teaspoons dried parsley

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-size bowl, add softened butter, chopped garlic, and chopped parsley. Mix until well-combined.

  • To melt into a sauce, add the butter to a saucepan over low heat for 3 minutes or until melted.

Notes

  • If using unsalted butter, add ½ teaspoon salt.
  • Try using other herbs, like thyme or rosemary, instead of parsley. You can even use a mix.
