Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, melt 5 Tablespoons of butter and add minced garlic.

Cook the garlic for 2-3 minutes, then squeeze in lemon juice.

Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes, then add the white wine and stir.

Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then add in remaining butter and season with salt and pepper.

Slowly stir in the heavy cream, and mix well. Serve, and enjoy!

Choose a sauce based on the sides you'll be serving! Roasted vegetables and pasta are incredible with cream sauce, while you might prefer to serve chicken and fries with a dipping sauce.
These sauces are perfect for chicken, but it's never a bad idea to make extra to serve with other proteins in the following days!
