Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup Light brown sugar packed
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • teaspoon Ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
    ¼ cup Light brown sugar, 1 teaspoon Rosemary, ½ teaspoon Garlic powder, ⅛ teaspoon Ground cloves, 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar, 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    all the ingredients of ham steak glaze in a glass bowl before being mixed
  • Mix well, until fully dissolved, heating in 15 second intervals in the microwave until the sugar has melted.

Notes

  • This recipe is great with all sorts of warming spices! For extra flavor, try adding a pinch of cinnamon.
  • Yellow mustard is not recommended for this recipe, but whole grain Dijon would work as well as smooth.
  • If you can find it, Honeycup mustard is also fantastic in this recipe and adds a ton of flavor!
  • Try to find fresh rosemary for this recipe. Fresh leaves will crisp up as the ham steaks cook and are extra delicious!
