Place a small pot over medium heat and add chopped pineapple and pineapple juice. Mix together.
1 cup Pineapple, 1 cup Pineapple juice
Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and cloves. Stir to combine and continue to cook until the mixture begins to lightly boil.
½ teaspoon Cinnamon, ½ cup Brown sugar packed, 4-5 Cloves
Turn the heat down and cook another 10 minutes until thickened.
Finish the glaze by adding butter. Mix until fully melted.
1 Tablespoon Butter
Use immediately to glaze ham, or store for later! Enjoy!

Although fresh pineapple should never be placed directly on ham, pineapple ham glaze can be made with fresh pineapple because cooking it down makes it less acidic. I recommend using fresh pineapple in this glaze for the flavor!
Pair this glaze with some fresh maraschino cherries on the ham for additional sweetness and an amazing flavor combination.
If you save the glaze for later and find it's thickened too much, heat it up a little on the stove or in the microwave to loosen it up.
