Ingredients
  

  • 3 Tablespoons champagne vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • pinch salt to taste
  • pinch pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together well.

Notes

  • Need to substitute the champagne vinegar? You could use white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar.
  • If you notice your dressing separating when stored, that is completely normal! The vinegar and oil will separate after sitting for a while, make sure you give your dressing a good shake or mix before serving.
  • You can substitute honey for maple syrup, if needed.
