Chocolate Ganache Recipe Tips
You can microwave or heat the heavy cream in a saucepan, whichever you prefer. If you're using corn syrup with it, mix them together and heat both at the same time.
You can use dark, white, or milk chocolate chips - whichever you prefer. They all work the same way for this recipe.
You can make chocolate ganache without cream by substituting the cream with milk and butter instead. Follow the instructions below to replace cream with milk.

For ¼ cup milk, you will also need 2 Tablespoons butter.
Gently heat the milk on the stove in a saucepan with butter over medium heat.
Turn the heat up slightly and allow the milk mixture to bubble.
Once it starts to bubble, remove it from the heat and pour it over the chocolate.
