3 Tablespoons soy sauce 1 Tablespoon honey 1 Tablespoon sesame oil 1 Tablespoon Sweet chili sauce Splash rice wine vinegar ½ Tablespoon granulated garlic or powdered garlic Optional 1 Red chili pepper finely chopped 3 spring onions roughly chopped
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan, and whisk to combine.
Turn the burner to medium heat. Bring to a simmer, and cook 2 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
Remove from the heat. If you're adding chopped chili and spring onions, add them now.
Drizzle over dish, or let cool and pour into jars to store in the refrigerator.
