– vegetable oil – garlic – red onion diced – sweet paprika – fire roasted peppers – Thai red chilis seeds – sherry vinegar – lemon juice – zest of lemon – brown sugar – dried oregano – salt & pepper

Step 1

Heat the oil, then saute the onions, garlic, and paprika for about 5 minutes until softened.
