Mushrooms & Onions Sauce
– 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter – 1 pound white mushrooms sliced – 1 sweet yellow onion sliced – ½ teaspoon salt – ½ teaspoon pepper – 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Then, add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium and add onion, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook another 5 minutes, until soft.
