– 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar – ½ cup soy sauce – 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire – 2 Tbsp. olive oil – 1 Tbsp. lemon juice – 1 tsp. garlic powder – 2 Tbsp. brown sugar – ½ tsp. powdered ginger – ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
Whisk balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, brown sugar, powdered ginger, and red pepper flakes until combined.
USE AS MARINADE
Marinate meat with mixture.
MAKE INTO A SAUCE
After marinating your meat, pour the marinade from the bag into a skillet over medium heat on the stove. Mix and let it simmer and thicken until it forms a sauce.
Serve over meat after thickening into a sauce. Enjoy!
