Homemade Hollandaise Sauce

This creamy, lemony sauce is perfect for serving with breakfast, brunch, seafood, and vegetables. It brightens up anything you add it to.

You will need...

Egg yolks Lemon juice Unsalted butter Cayenne pepper


It's so easy!

Just follow my instructions, and you will have up the perfect hollandaise sauce every time!

Flour Bowl

Whisk egg yolk and lemon juice in a bowl. In a separate bowl, melt butter. 


Whisk the butter into the egg mixture and stir until it thickens. Then, mix in cayenne pepper.


Serve with anything of your desire, like Eggs Benedict. Enjoy!
