Garlic
Shallots
Red wine
Balsamic vinegar
Thyme
Beef stock
Parsley leaves

Add drippings to a pan over medium heat. Then add garlic and shallots and saute, stirring 1 minute.

Add wine, beef stock, balsamic vinegar, and thyme sprigs. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat

Allow the mixture to reduce until thickened, approximately 3 to 5 minutes.

Remove the thyme and turn the heat to low. Whisk in butter.

Add parsley and season with salt and pepper. Serve, and enjoy!
