Easy Red Wine Sauce

This red wine reduction sauce is the result of wanting a beautiful sauce to pair with a tender, juicy steak!

You will need...

Drippings from steak Garlic Shallots Red wine  Balsamic vinegar Thyme Beef stock Parsley leaves Butter

This recipe takes under 10 minutes to make!

Flour Bowl

Add drippings to a pan over medium heat. Then add garlic and shallots and saute, stirring 1 minute.

Add wine, beef stock, balsamic vinegar, and thyme sprigs. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.

Allow the mixture to reduce until thickened, approximately 3 to 5 minutes.

Remove the thyme and turn the heat to low. Whisk in butter.

Add parsley and season with salt and pepper. Serve, and enjoy!
