Melt butter over medium-high. Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes.

Reduce heat, then add onion, salt and pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook 5-7 minutes until browned and soft.
THICKEN

For a creamy sauce, leave out the Worcestershire sauce for now, and add flour. Mix together, then add chicken broth, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon.
