This recipe is so simple, and only 4 ingredients!

Flour Bowl

Whisk egg yolk and lemon juice in a bowl. In a separate bowl, melt butter. 


Whisk the butter into the egg mixture and stir until it thickens. Then, mix in cayenne pepper.


Pair it with everything from eggs for brunch, grilled seafood, beef, and vegetables. Enjoy!
