Au Jus Ingredients

– Beef Broth (or juices from roast beef) – Worcestershire Sauce – Red Wine – Drippings from roast beef

Step 1

Place the roasting pan from cooking roast beef on the stove over low heat after removing the roast from the pan.

Step 2

Whisk Worcestershire and wine into the dish along with drippings from the beef.

Step 3

If using the roasting pan, scrape up any brown bits from the bottom of the pan. A wooden spoon works best for this.

Step 4

Add beef broth or juices from the roast beef. Bring to a simmer. Serve hot with sliced roast beef. Enjoy!
