In a saucepan, melt butter. Add flour, and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly golden.

ADD MILK

Gradually add milk while stirring. Cook for 2-3 minutes and season with salt and pepper to taste.

REMOVE

Remove from the heat and add cheese. Once added, return the saucepan to the stove over the lowest heat.

SERVE

Stir the sauce until the cheese melts. Season with salt and pepper again to taste. Serve and enjoy!
