butterscotch sauce
INGREDIENTS
– 2 Tbsp. butter unsalted – ⅓ cup light brown sugar – ⅓ cup heavy cream – 1 pinch sea salt
COMBINE
Add unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and heavy cream to a pan over medium-high heat. Stir to melt butter and fully combine.

SIMMER
Turn heat down to medium-low and simmer 4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sea salt. Let cool.
